Help4U

Our Team

Help4U employs staff that understand what it’s like to see a loved run go through the swings and roundabouts of the health system. They bring to Help4U experience to think outside the box, coming up with solutions to problems few would think of.

Most importantly, our staff have patients as their number one priority.

Founder and CEO

Kay is our Founder and CEO, establishing Help4U in 2006 during the end of her MBA at the University of Canterbury. Before starting Help4U, Kay was a Project Manager for the Canterbury District Health Board, for 11 years. Before this, Kay was both a Quality Manager for Banks Peninsula Council, and a Tertiary Teacher in English. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English and Geology, and is a registered PRINCE2 practitioner.

Kay has a passion for health, and ensuring that everyone can have the access to the care they need, when they need it. After taking her own parents through the healthcare system, she realised that Help4U was needed due to the difficulty even a manager in the health industry had in navigating it.

When not at work, Kay is an outdoor fanatic, and will often spend her free time either surfing, and walking or running her way around Christchurch.
