Help4U employs staff that understand what it’s like to see a loved run go through the swings and roundabouts of the health system. They bring to Help4U experience to think outside the box, coming up with solutions to problems few would think of.

Kay has a passion for health, and ensuring that everyone can have the access to the care they need, when they need it. After taking her own parents through the healthcare system, she realised that Help4U was needed due to the difficulty even a manager in the health industry had in navigating it.
When not at work, Kay is an outdoor fanatic, and will often spend her free time either surfing, and walking or running her way around Christchurch.
Director - Strategy and Engagement
Coming from a strong marketing and business background, including social marketing experience in health with youth projects, James brings a strong commercial and strategic mind to Help4U. An excellent communicator, James also has a hand in play with Help4U's many relationships.
With both a mother and sister having enjoyed careers in health, James grew up in a household where health was a typical conversation. With a mother working in community, rest home, and hospitals in Hamilton and Christchurch, James has a passion for ensuring patients gain the care they need.
Outside of Help4U, James is a regularly sought after consultant where digital expertise is needed. Having studied Business and Marketing via Massey University and CPIT, James has also completed his PRINCE2 Practitioner exams.
