HOW WE WORK

UPFRONT AND SIMPLE

For patients

Each job is charged at a flat rate of $50. We don’t provide queue jumping or any other illegitimate advantages - we simply deliver the most comprehensive information so patients are empowered to receive the very best result. That’s how we guarantee patient satisfaction.

For doctors

Our annual rate to subscribe is $675 per doctor. This annual fee covers every patient you refer to us as well. We also offer quarterly and monthly rates (and introductory offers) that doctors often use to trial our service.

For corporate and employers

Subscribe for an annual fee of $50 per person. We can provide support and information to your corporate customers or entire workforce so that they have the right results fast and get back to work and play.

For health providers and facilities

We offer monthly, quarterly and annual contracts on a per-bed occupancy basis. We optimise hospital flows and resource utilisation with pre-admission planning, post-discharge support and appointment attendance regimes. Rest assured that every patient is in the right place at the right time through focused, independent patient management.

Why pay?

History has seen a huge number of worthy projects undertaken in the healthcare sector. With many, a frustrating pattern has emerged – develop, deliver, drop. To clarify: worthy initiatives are first developed, then strong results and positive patient outcomes are delivered. Then, when funding is withdrawn or runs out, the project is halted. Leaving everyone, doctors, patients, their families and employers in the lurch.
