WHY HELP4U?

For almost 20 years I had worked in public sector organisations, including 10 years as Project Manager at a large public hospital.  Yet nothing prepared me for the time and effort needed to navigate my own family through the health system.  It left me standing in the middle of a busy hospital corridor thinking “I just need to phone someone who can help me sort this out!”  So began the Help4U story.  Help4U is our name, our brand, and it’s what we do.  We provide help – for you.  Practical, actionable, simple and kind – our hands-on help gets you to the right information fast, saving you time and stress, and keeping you front-of-mind, every step of the way.
